When did you last think about your organisation’s business model? In today’s dynamic environment, business models must change and adapt in order to deliver sustainable value.

There is great opportunity for management accountants, who have a holistic view of operations, to guide business model success – always assuming, of course, that they understand the business model in the first place. But without a common definition of the term, where do you start?
