This week CGMA presented a series of events celebrating 20 years of Kaplan and Norton’s Balanced Scorecard.

The events, held in Edinburgh and London, featured Balanced Scorecard (BSC) creators Professor Robert Kaplan and Dr David Norton and looked at a wide range of topics from Risk reporting to healthcare.
The events also launched a number of pieces of CGMA reports available now.
