We’ve all been there, faced with decisions ranging from the inconsequential (where to go for lunch) to the vitally important (whom to hire). Michael Menard, writing on The Organized Executive’s Blog, lists the top five pitfalls in making decisions. One is avoiding the decision, as in “We need to change, only not today.” Can you guess the other four pitfalls?
