Six ways to bridge the CRO-CFO gap

Economic uncertainty and regulatory pressure can have an adverse effect on the way risk and finance work together in a company. Business Finance has a list of six tips to improve the relationship between chief risk officers and chief financial officers. The first and best piece of advice: Be certain the CRO and CFO are looking at the same numbers; disagreements are much more likely if the data sets are different.
